Installed new structural steel in the DC power rooms & switch rooms to support the install of eight new rectifier bays, sixteen DC distribution bays, 12,000A bus, four new battery racks and strings totaling 7,400A of DC power and three new BDCBBs. All existing batteries were re-feed and cabled to transfer all loads to the new equipment. Ductwork throughout the battery rooms was modified to support the heat load from the new equipment. Four new AC panels were ran to the power rooms to charge the batteries through the rectifier equipment. Building alarms and controls were also updated.
