Bradley Booher

Brad has worked in the construction industry for 14 years, starting his construction career in the field with an electrical contractor during high school and college.

After graduating with a degree in engineering and management, he spent 8 years with Top 20 Ranked ENR Firms as a project manager working on ground up hospitals, hotels and mission critical facilities. He started LPC in January 2017 to fill a gap in the construction industry for a smaller, more personal company that had the ability and experience to cater to any project size or type.

Andrew Peeler

Andrew is the Vice President of Logan Pass Construction. He is responsible for managing our field and office teams.

With a background in both live environment, ground-up, and high-end T.I. renovations, Andrew is a diverse resource for delivering projects for our clients across the country. His responsibilities stretch from day-to-day execution of operations and our project management team to our client relations and the continual improvement of Logan Pass’ construction execution. Andrew partners with our field operations manager to ensure manpower is appropriately allocated; team members are executing projects in accordance with Logan Pass standards; and client expectations are consistently met on all projects across the country. Andrew’s background in the complicated new and retro-fit mission critical projects allows for him to remain constantly involved in all facets of the construction delivery process.

Jason Musella

Jason is responsible for the consistent execution of Logan Pass Construction across the country.

His past experiences as the site leader managing large scale ground up and live-environment projects simultaneously provides Jason with the expertise to support our field team anywhere in the country. He works closely with our superintendent team to elevate Logan Pass’ delivery of construction projects. Jason’s commitments to executing work safely and with a focus on an attention to detail allows our teams to be successful in any construction environment. He focuses on understanding, managing, and delivering projects beyond the client’s expectations. Jason is a visible and assertive presence on our projects across the country and is our leader of field execution.

Kirk Booher

Kirk Booher is the CFO of Logan Pass Construction. He is a CPA and has been a financial professional for over 30 years.

Kirk Booher is the CFO of Logan Pass Construction. He is a CPA and has been a financial professional for over 30 years. He has worked for Arthur Andersen, Prudential Insurance, Heller Financial and Merrill Lynch Capital. He co-founded Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, which was acquired by BB&T Bank. He then ran the commercial real estate capital operation until 2017, when he left to found Logan Pass Capital, a real estate investment platform specializing in commercial properties under $5 million, as well as in residential properties.
