The Lobby Renovation involved constructing a new living wall in an existing lobby space in an occupied office building. The project also included upgrading the first floor conference room/pre-function space, refreshing existing common lobby spaces, and updating tenant lounge areas. The LPC team installed new flooring, furniture, lighting, wallcoverings, and plants. The LPC team finished the project within schedule with no shutdowns or disruptions to building tenants.
