The Amenity Upgrade involved constructing a new exterior pavilion complete with landscaping planters integrated into a retaining wall, exterior fireplace, pergola, and gaming area. The project also included a renovation of the interior quick service cafe. The LPC team installed new exterior pavers, landscaping, interior lighting, high end finishes, and furniture packages. The LPC team finished the project within schedule with no shutdowns or disruptions to building tenants.
