The 18MW Critical Tier 1 Buildout is a mission critical live environment infrastructure expansion of an existing facility. The project includes construction of the expansion inside of a 200,000-sf active facility. LPC is adding four Daikin chillers, (53) CRAH units, (5) Tower Tech cooling towers, and (7) Kohler diesel generators and an additional18 MW of critical power systems to the site, which entails constructing four new electrical rooms, constructing a new cooling tower yard, constructing a new chiller room, and constructing four generator fuel rooms. All work currently completed has been in new and live environments with zero downtime.
