The Suite 450 Renovation involved demolition of an existing office buildout and constructing a new office suite complete with executive offices, conference rooms, breakout rooms, kitchen space, and open office area. The conference rooms, executive offices, and breakout rooms are constructed using a curtainwall system to maximize access to natural light throughout the space. The LPC team installed new lighting, millwork, flooring, interior glazing, waterfall counters, and appliances. The LPC team finished the project within schedule with no shutdowns or disruptions to building tenants.
